We got the phone call yesterday that Bailey's mission call was here. So, we met at my parent's to have "missionary" sundaes and place a few bets. $5 got one guess; Jordan couldn't just guess one place, so we had a few entries.

The goods.
I chose Norway and Jordan guessed South Africa and Denmark. There was $140 worth of guesses, but nobody chose the right country so Bailey "won" the money to use towards his mission.

Opening the call.
Bailey will be serving in the Democratic Republic of Congo Kinshasa Mission and will speak French. He leaves on June 16th.

Yay! Bailey, that sounds exciting!
Awmazing! That's where my mom & dad are. Tell him to gain LOTS of weight now, because he'll loose it quickly. Here is my parents' blog to give him an idea what he's in for www.elwoodbaxters.blogspot.com
Okay...so the home teachers came last night and Ted Alsop said that at least 80% of the world's animal species live in the rain forests. He said that Bailey would have to watch for scorpions in his food! It's going to be really interesting, that's for sure!
